This study aims to analyze the effect of AI Literacy and Green Skills on Students’ Technopreneurship Readiness. The research used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 43 students. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that AI Literacy and Green Skills simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ technopreneurship readiness. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.795 indicates that 79.5% of students’ technopreneurship readiness is influenced by AI Literacy and Green Skills, while the remaining percentage is affected by other factors outside this study. These findings indicate that mastery of artificial intelligence technology and environmentally friendly skills are important factors in preparing students to face innovative and sustainable technopreneurship. Furthermore, this research highlights the importance of integrating artificial intelligence literacy and sustainable skills into educational curricula to create technopreneurs ready to face global challenges. Therefore, higher education needs to strengthen programs that support the development of these skills to produce adaptive and competitive technopreneurs.
